Lane 9 Podcast Episode 31: Biggest Changes to Lane 9 in 2025
đ¤ Our Lane 9 Directory of multi-disciplinary clinicians and coaches who work with female-bodied athletes is growing! If you are looking to build your REDs, ED, and/or HA support team, click here to get in touch. If you are a clinician or coach and want to join us, click here! Weâre so excited to build this with you, and support your work as well.
đââď¸Our Run Coaching rosters are open! Alexis and I are both certified running coaches and, of course, we love supporting fellow runners who are navigating REDs, ED recovery, and/or HA. In this capacity, we arenât your clinician but we are certainly on your team. Our coaching is done through the lens of both the current best practices to address and our lived experiences with REDs. Click here to learn more about how to work with us as you train for your 2025 running goals.
đď¸ Along with our Lane 9 Directory, our Membership for Clinicians and Coaches includes monthly events like case consults, connection hours, Journal clubs, Book clubs, and more. Our first events in January are booked, and weâd love to have you there. Again, click here to find out more!
đ¤ Weâre launching a drop-in support group for athletes who are navigating REDs, EDs, and/or HA and just need a place to talk about it. This will be facilitated by a therapist and dietitian, and open to any/all athletes in collegiate programs. Weâll add additional groups from there (e.g. adult athletes)!
đ And last but not least, a lot is actually staying the same. Our podcast, Instagram, and this newsletter will continue to bring you supportive resources, personal essays, and stories of menstruating athletes navigating all of the above.
Weâre so grateful that youâre here with us in Lane 9, helping to improve the menstrual, mental, and physical health of female-bodied athletes. We do this work for you, and with you!
Whatâs changing, if anything, for you in 2025? Weâd love to hear about it!
